Get Fit!!

I'm tired of being a fat ass. I'm tired of not having any energy. I'm tired of depending on caffeine. I'm tired of it ALL...

So I'm getting fit!

No more soda, no more coffee. Only water!
I'm not doing a specific diet, but I'm watching what I eat.
I started Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred today.

I have a LONG road ahead of me, but I am motivated and ready!!

(And I hope this picture of me doesn't make you vomit, but I need to post it for motivation and to hold myself accountable!)

  3. I have to get back to losing weight too. I had lost 40 pounds before getting pregnant and now I have gained it all back and then some :(
    When I lost the 40 pounds a couple of years it took me about 7 months, from Dec to July. Here is what I did to help me.
    Yes I drank lots of water.
    No snacking after dinner/before bed.
    I watched what I ate, started writing it down, but that took so long. I tried eating a salad a day, usually at lunch.
    I used the WiiFit Plus and took walks.
    Oh yes, I started drinking Green Tea because one of the bloggers I was following blogged about the benefits. Hoping to get started again myself.
    Oh, I almost forgot. What really motivated me where the blog weight loss challenges I was involved with. Not sure if any are going on right now.

  4. Honey I have so much more to lose than you, but I get the tired of being tired all the time, and tired of depending on caffeine which ultimately makes us more tired. I can't shred, too out of shape, but I Zumba...I am at 20 lbs down and you can do this way quicker than me, I just know it!
